Downstairs
Downstairs the living area is open plan and has an L shaped seating area with reclining leather seats and a
large 65” flat screen Smart TV. The beautiful dining table seats 10 with additional seating for 4 at the granite kitchen
island. The open plan kitchen has large walk in pantry, stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped with
everything you need to heat or prepare food.
Downstairs there are two en suite bedrooms, the master suite has a King bed with separate access to the pool area and the second with a Queen bed. There is a separate WC and Utility room with washer and dryer to use at your convenience. The garage has been turned into a games room and includes a pool table and table tennis table.
Sliding double patio doors in the great room open onto a large extended Lanai and pool deck with travertine pavers. The covered area has an outdoor dining table that seats 8 and a separate comfortable seating area with low table. This area has 2 huge ceiling fans. The pool has been extended and upgraded and has 2 raised waterfalls with mosaic tiles that extend onto the smaller spa pool with seating. The whole pool area is enclosed with a child safety fence with a self closing gate.

Upstairs
Upstairs there is a second Master bedroom fitted with a king bed, large walk in wardrobe/closet, dresser, 42' smart TV, clock/radio and ceiling fan. The en-suite consists of shower, twin vanity sinks and a separate WC. There is a further king bedroom with a walk in wardrobe/closet which shares an en-suite shower room with twin vanity sink and WC through an adjoining door.
This large bedroom contains 2 canopied Queen beds and has a beautiful magical fairy theme with hand painted murals, delicate drapes and a light changing ceiling fan.
There is another hand painted Graffiti room containing a double and a single/twin bed with a caged ceiling fan.
Finally there is a Mickey Mouse themed room with bunk beds and covered safety ceiling fan. This room has been designed with our smaller guests in mind and comes complete with a small wooden kitchen and tiny wooden table and chairs. These last two rooms share a bathroom comprising of shower, bath tub, sink and WC.
The upstairs loft room has reclining leather seats and a ceiling mounted projector with surround sound and an impressive 10 foot cinema screen. After a long day at the parks it is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a full cinema experience!
