* Minimum age to rent this property is 24

* Maximum number of guests is 14 (sleeps up to 12 adults)

* Check in after 1600 / Check out before 10.00

* This property may not be used for events or group gatherings.

* No smoking allowed

* You will be responsible for any damage to the property that is caused by you or your party during your stay

* Driveway parking for 2 cars. Extra parking space is available nearby

* No RV’s or Trailers are allowed in the community as site rules dictate.

* Towing is enforced in the community. No overnight parking or parking on lawns, pavements or sidewalks.

*No pets allowed

Pool heat can be added to your booking. Please ask for details
BBQ hire can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

Travel Insurance is a necessity and we recommend that this is taken out when you book in case of unforeseen circumstances.
