The large patio area has comfy seating for relaxation by the pool, with a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining. The outdoor dining table seats 8 and a separate comfortable seating area for 6 with a low table.
A large Pool and Spa with waterfall features, for you to relax and enjoy after a hard day at the local attractions.
The Villa
This stunning family villa is located in a quiet cul de sac on the edge of Solterra Resort. It has a south facing extended pool complete with waterfalls, covered lanai and far reaching views across farm pastures with an abundance of wildlife to enjoy (early morning sunrises are magical!)

This home sleeps 14 comfortably and has a spacious 3600 sq foot of accommodation that has been professionally designed with beautiful furniture and many design features.
Solterra Resort
Solterra is a gated community with fantastic resort amenities, featuring a clubhouse, resort pool with water slide, cabanas, resort pool, fitness room, tennis and volleyball courts, children’s playground and recreational area. kids will love the lazy river, whilst parents can relax in the hot tub and enjoy frozen cocktails from the poolside cafe.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1 - Master suite with King Bed, large walk in wardrobe/closet, dresser and 42” Smart TV, clock/radio and ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower and bath tub, vanity sink and separate WC and vanity sink with external door leading to the pool.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, wardrobe/closet, dresser and 42” Smart TV, clock radio and ceiling fan. The en-suite has a large shower, vanity sink and WC.
Bedroom 3 - King bed with walk in wardrobe/closet, dresser and 42” Smart TV, clock radio and ceiling fan. The shared en-suite has a large shower, twin vanity sinks and WC.
Bedroom 4 - 2 Queen Beds (Fairy themed) wardrobe/closet, dresser and 32” Smart TV and covered ceiling fan. The en-suite bathroom is shared with bedroom 3.
Bedroom 5 - 1 Double and 1 Single/Twin Bed (Graffiti theme) wardrobe/closet, dresser and 32” Smart TV and caged ceiling fan.There is a bathroom adjacent with Shower, bath tub, vanity sink and WC.
Bedroom 6 - 1 house style Bunk Bed comprising of 2 Single/Twin (Mickey Mouse theme) walk in wardrobe/closet and 32” TV and covered ceiling fan. There is a wooden play kitchen and small table and 2 chairs. This room shares the bathroom with bedroom 5.
